Do I need to open an account to place an order?

You don’t need to open an account to place an order with Joseph Emporium. You can simply check-out as a guest.

What are the benefits of registering for an account?

What payment method can I use to purchase online?

We accept payment by debit or credit card, Afterpay, Amex, Discover, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

PRODUCTION

What is the production lead time?

Turnaround time for orders is approximately 28 days or less. Festivities and holiday periods are not included.

What happens if an order is delayed?

We will do our best to fulfill the above production time , however, as with every hand-made production process, our production line is subject to issues which are out of our control. A broken pair during assembly, for example, forces us to start the manufacturing process from the beginning.


We work hard to prevent issues like the ones mentioned above, however, in the case of a delay, we promise to keep you informed including information about the nature of the delay. 


Joseph Emporium shall not be liable for any damage or economic loss caused by manufacturing delays or late deliveries, and will not incur in any kind of compensation or discount

Why does the color/material of the shoes I received not look identical to the one displayed on the customize page?

We have tried hard to illustrate our products on the internet with images that are as true to life as possible, both in terms of color and finish. However, the products may still appear in different tones depending on the screen or monitor used to access our online shop, and many other factors. The product images and textures on our interfaces are for visualization only

SHIPPING

Who will deliver my package and how long will it take?

Once the order is ready to be shipped, we will usually pack and process the shipment in 24-48h. Your pair will be shipped from our factories in Spain. Transit time Shipping depends on your delivery address. The majority of the orders are delivered in about 1-4 days.

How do I track my parcel?

You will receive an email advising when your order has been despatched, together with a tracking number for the courier. You can track the progress of your order on the courier’s website.

What if the item I want is out of stock?

If an item is not immediately available, we invite you to submit your email address on the product page, and we will inform you when the item is back in stock.Or, you can simply contact our Customer Care Team who can recommend similar styles from our product collections.

Will I be charged for shipping?

No, we are currently shipping worldwide at no cost to you.Please refer to our Shipping & Refund pages for more details.

Who pays for customs duties and import taxes?

You will be fully responsible for any custom duties and import taxes required by the customs agency of the destination country.

How do I care for my shoes or boots?

Joseph Emporium shoes are made from the highest quality materials, and are designed to last for many years, provided they are well cared for. How can I return an item?

The order is produced specifically for you, therefore returns are not permitted.

Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept exchange requests.

Can I amend or cancel an item from my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to amend an order once it has been received. If any part of your order is not correct, the entire order will need to be cancelled and a new order can be created in its place. Please contact our Customer Care Team for further assistance.
